Information You Give ChillHit

ChillHit receives and stores information you transmit to the Service or ChillHit via email, messages or otherwise. You can choose not to provide certain information, but such action may disable or limit the features available to you via the Service. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request.

Automatic Information

We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, when you access or use the Service, we may collect your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to provide ChillHit with information that helps ChillHit learn about your browser and operating system.

Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such a browser type and operating system, tracking number of visitors to the Service and understanding how visitors use the Service. How secure is your information?

Your personal information is protected during transmission by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Only the last four digits of your credit card number are revealed when confirming an order. The entire credit card number is transmitted to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.  It is of extreme importance that you protect your password and computer against unauthorized access. Be sure to logout of the Service when you are finished using a shared computer. 

Which information can you access?

We give you access to information about your account and your interaction with Company and the Service for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information. 


When you provide ChillHit with personal information, you consent to ChillHit's collection of such information and explicitly authorize ChillHit to use it to provide the Service for you access or use. 

In the event that ChillHit’s officers, directors, employees, agents or contractors are accessing personal information from a remote location, you consent to the transfer of such information to the remote location for processing. 

You also consent to the disclosure of personal information to ChillHit’s parent company, subsidiaries, acquirers of Company’s assets or a successors by merger.

We may engage with third-parties to perform functions on ChillHit’s behalf. Examples of third-party services include providing web site services, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sensing postal mail and email, processing credit card payments and providing customer service. Such third-parties have access to personal information needed to perform their respective functions, but may not use any personal information for other purposes. 

Compelled Disclosure 

ChillHit may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. ChillHit may do so when permitted or required by law, trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions, or investigating fraud which has already taken place.

ChillHit cannot guarantee the security of ChillHit's software, systems, websites or platforms, nor can ChillHit guarantee that your personal information will not be intercepted during transmission.
